Prior to coaching professionals, Richard spent more than thirteen years developing and leading teams in France, in retail organizations including Luxury, IT and Communications. He now builds on his experience to assist professionals with their goals and challenges.
In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Richard holds a European Master Certificate in Professional Coaching and is a UBC Certified Organizational Coach.
As a proud member of the International Coaching Federation, he’s also an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
